The company fosters a culture that values integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement, making it a sought-after employer for individuals passionate about the beverage industry and customer service excellence. Breakthru Beverage Group offers a stable work environment with a strong emphasis on associate support and development, reinforcing its position as an employer of choice within the market operations sector.
The CDL Driver role at Breakthru Beverage Group presents an exciting career opportunity for individuals with a valid commercial driver's license who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy direct customer interactions. This full-time position is ideal for those who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to deliver top-notch service while ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of pre-sold beverage products from the distribution center to various customer locations. Working within the Market Operations job family, the position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26.75, with substantial overtime opportunities and a rewarding sign-on bonus totaling $2000, paid incrementally over the first six months.
As a CDL Driver, associates will benefit from a consistent schedule featuring a four-day work week (Tuesday through Friday), with no overnight or long-haul driving assignments, ensuring home time every night. This scheduling stability supports work-life balance while allowing drivers to focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction daily. The role requires adherence to federal and state transportation laws, meticulous record-keeping including DOT logs, and maintaining vehicle safety and appearance. Drivers will engage with customers during deliveries, managing payment collection, resolving issues, and preserving strong relationships through professional and courteous service.
The company encourages those ready to roll up their sleeves to join a supportive and empowering team, contributing to Breakthru Beverage’s ongoing success. This role is vital in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality beverage products across a varied client base. Beyond driving, the CDL Driver will also be entrusted with vehicle inspections, paperwork related to liquor laws, and promoting a safe and clean working environment. The job is well-suited for individuals who possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
