Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is a global leader in industrial gases and engineering, dedicated to making the world more productive by providing high-quality solutions, technologies, and services. With sales reaching $34 billion in 2025, Linde operates across diverse markets such as chemicals and energy, food and beverage, electronics, healthcare, manufacturing, metals, and mining. The company’s cutting-edge technologies support many critical applications, including space exploration, ultra-high-purity gas delivery for semiconductor manufacturing, life-saving medical oxygen provision, clean hydrogen production, and carbon capture to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Linde’s commitment extends to sustainability, aiming to decarbonize and protect the planet through its innovative gas processing solutions that enhance customer growth, improve efficiency, and reduce emissions.

This role is for a Local Delivery Driver with a Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Local Delivery Driver at Linde, you will be responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently to customers, making on average 10-12 stops per day. Your duties include handling freight, completing essential paperwork, and providing outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships both internally and externally. You will be required to accurately count and record product quantities and styles delivered and picked up, ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations by completing hazardous material shipping orders, and conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle. Identifying vehicle repair or maintenance needs timely is a crucial part of this role to maintain safety and operational standards.

This position demands a professional who is proactive in learning how Linde’s business operates and thrives to help contribute to the company’s continuous growth. The role supports not only the operational success of the company but also its mission to innovate and lead within the industrial gases market. With competitive hourly pay ranging from $28 to $30 and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, disability, life insurance, paid holidays, and vacation, Linde offers a rewarding career path for dedicated drivers looking to grow and make a tangible impact. Being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL A or B license and a hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain it within 60 days) is essential. You must also be able to meet physical demands such as moving up to 75 pounds and pass DOT physical requirements. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company that values your contributions toward sustaining communities and the environment while offering limitless career advancement possibilities.
