Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- No preventable accidents license suspensions or moving violations in past 2 years
- No alcohol-related convictions within last 10 years
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Must pass DOT physical and medical certification
- Able to lift 75 pounds minimum
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a truck driving school
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Hazmat endorsement on CDL or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate
- Ability to push pull move and lift minimum of 75 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver products to customers by making 10-12 stops per day while touching freight completing paperwork and providing excellent customer service
- Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up
- Complete hazardous material shipping order papers in accordance with DOT regulations
- Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Build relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives
- Continuously build knowledge on how Linde’s business operates and succeeds
- Perform other duties as assigned
