Job Description

PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) is a leader in the beverage industry, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As a division of PepsiCo, one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies, PBNA serves a wide variety of customers, including retail stores, foodservice establishments, and vending operations. The company is dedicated to delivering its products efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with its clients and ensuring that the brand standards are met across all touchpoints. Working at PBNA means becoming part of a dynamic team focused on growth, sustainability, and operational excellence. The company offers competitive pay and benefits, including an hourly wage of $35.90 for this particular role, demonstrating its commitment to attracting and retaining skilled employees.

This full-time position as a Delivery Driver at PBNA involves more than just transportation; it is a critical role in the supply chain and customer service experience. The driver is responsible for delivering beverage products to a diverse range of customers including foodservice outlets and retail stores throughout the assigned territory. The job requires driving a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently while adhering to all local and federal transportation regulations. Beyond delivery, the role encompasses merchandising duties such as stocking shelves, setting up small displays, and installing promotional materials like pricing signs and banners.

The driver will engage closely with store management and receiving personnel to ensure seamless acceptance of delivered products and to provide excellent customer service. Physical demands are significant, requiring frequent lifting and loading of cases weighing 20 to 45 pounds and occasional exertion ranging from 40 to 150 pounds using equipment such as electronic pallet jacks and hand trucks. The daily duties also include maintaining accurate invoices and handling daily settlement of cash and charges. This role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while representing the PepsiCo brand in the field.

Candidates must meet certain regulatory qualifications, including passing a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test and physical examination, and holding a valid U.S. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the appropriate Interstate or Intrastate status depending on location. Experience in merchandising and operating delivery equipment is highly valued, as is the ability to communicate effectively in English. The role’s complexity necessitates that candidates are capable of maintaining compliance with safety standards and operational policies to ensure the successful delivery and merchandising of PepsiCo products.

PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workplace diversity and inclusion, welcoming qualified applicants regardless of race, gender, age, disability, or veteran status. The company supports fair hiring practices and conducts background checks to ensure safety and compliance, consistent with local and state laws. This position offers stability, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to grow with a global brand known for its innovation and excellence. Working as a PBNA Delivery Driver means being part of a company that values its people and strives for operational excellence in every aspect of its business.
