Linde is currently hiring for the position of Local Delivery Driver (CDL A) based in Cahokia, IL. This role is essential to the company's operations as it involves delivering products directly to customers, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods. The Local Delivery Driver is responsible for making an average of 10 to 12 delivery stops per day, handling freight, completing necessary paperwork, and delivering excellent customer service. Drivers must be diligent in counting and recording the quantities and types of products delivered and picked up, and comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including the completion of hazardous material shipping orders.

Candidates will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, report any maintenance needs promptly, and foster strong relationships with both internal teams and customers to achieve organizational and customer goals. This position requires continuous learning about Linde’s business operations to support company growth and adapt to evolving industry standards.
