The Local Delivery Driver role at PBNA is pivotal in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of Pepsi products to various customer locations, including both large and small retail formats. This hourly position pays $27.95 and offers the advantage of being home every night, with typical work schedules spread across five days a week, generally allowing for two days off. Job Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • valid U.S. CDL with non-excepted interstate status or non-excepted intrastate status in certain California locations
  • pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test
  • pass DOT physical and DOT road test
  • ability to communicate effectively in English

  • pass DOT physical and DOT road test
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • experience operating trucks requiring a valid U.S. CDL license helpful
  • experience merchandising products helpful
  • experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks helpful

Job Duties

  • Deliver Pepsi products to each customer location, a combination of large and small format
  • Lift, load, push, and pull cases ranging from 20-45 lbs per case at each stop
  • Connect with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Use industry-leading technology and tools to service customers
  • Rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves, displays, and in coolers
  • Deliver products and execute all promotions
  • Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift, merchandise all accounts to local standards, follow DOT regulations, establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account, maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance
