With a passionate and diverse team of approximately 18,000 associates, Airgas thrives on fostering a culture rooted in safety, customer success, sustainability, and innovation. Driven by the values of respect, honor, and the celebration of diversity, Airgas empowers its employees to share their ideas, take initiative, and actively participate in decision-making processes.

Operating as a subsidiary of Air Liquide—a global leader present in 60 countries with around 66,500 employees—Airgas serves over 4 million customers and patients. The company has built its reputation by emphasizing sustainable product creation and safe, efficient delivery. Employees are valued for their individuality and encouraged to grow their careers along paths that align with their goals and aspirations.

The Local Delivery Driver (CDL A) role based in Dundalk, Maryland, is an essential position within Airgas’s operational framework. This full-time, day-shift opportunity offers a competitive starting pay rate of $34.40 per hour and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, providing an advantageous work-life balance. Candidates will benefit from a comprehensive family-oriented benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability insurance, all starting after just 30 days of employment. Additional perks include a 14-week paid childbirth benefit supporting growing families, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, tuition assistance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.

In the role, the driver acts as an ambassador for Airgas by safely and reliably delivering compressed gas cylinders to local and regional business partners. Operating company-provided straight or box trucks, the driver manages the flow of cylinders, maintains accurate delivery records, and builds lasting customer relationships. The position also involves warehouse support duties, reinforcing the collaborative and supportive culture within the company.

The daily experience includes returning home after shifts, working in a team that values the individual contributions of every associate, and taking part in a workplace culture that respects diversity and inclusion.
