Job Requirements
- Class B license without restrictions (L, Z air brakes, G night driving, O no semi trailer)
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts and 4 days on, 2 days off schedule
- Must be capable of lifting and moving heavy products
- Willingness to adhere to union regulations and work policies
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL driver’s license
- Proven experience operating dry van delivery vehicles
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate hand trucks and electric pallet jacks
- Competency with hand-held computing devices
- Ability to follow DOT regulations and maintain accurate logs
- Physically capable of handling and organizing product inventory
Job Duties
- Operate delivery vehicle to transport product from warehouse to accounts
- Demonstrate excellent customer service while satisfying customer needs
- Physically handle products and put them away in the proper place
- Fill displays, place POS and ensure product dates are rotated properly
- Operate hand-held computer to print invoices and perform other necessary tasks
- Competent in using hand trucks and electric pallet jacks
- Inspect vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure safety, legality, and security
- Stack and sort delivered cargo
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
- Load and unload cargo while operating cargo handling equipment
- Maintain a driver’s log in accordance with DOT regulations
- Submit customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports
