In this full-time position, newly hired drivers earn between $1,300 and $1,550 per week based on attendance and individual performance. Compensation is structured with an industry-leading percentage of linehaul pay, and drivers benefit from performance bonuses as well as additional pay for seniority. Drivers in this role operate late model tractors and lightweight trailers, which enhance payload capacity and safety on the road. The company offers consistent repetitive lanes, allowing drivers to build familiarity, safety, and efficiency in their routes. Additional benefits include paid weekly direct deposits, paid deadhead and detention, 24/7 dispatch support, and access to an extensive terminal network featuring on-site maintenance shops and fuel islands. Authorized drivers can also enjoy at-home truck parking. R & J Trucking fosters a team-oriented culture with an open door policy for management and ownership, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution.

This employment opportunity is perfect for motivated Class A CDL drivers with at least one year of verifiable recent experience, a safe driving record, and good CSA scores. Dump experience is preferred but not required, as full training and support are given to ensure all drivers meet high safety and operational standards.
