As a company, Breakthru Beverage Group prides itself on fostering a supportive and empowering work environment for its associates, helping individuals grow and thrive within a dynamic and fast-paced industry. Established as a key market operations player, the company stands out for its strong commitment to quality, safety, and community engagement.

This full-time CDL Driver role is an integral part of Breakthru Beverage Group's market operations team. The position is designed for professionals who appreciate a hands-on job and enjoy the challenge of delivering pre-sold products directly to customers. With a competitive hourly wage of $30.18, the role offers not only financial rewards but also the stability and benefits of a unionized position. Employees benefit from two annual pay raises, a four-day workweek from Tuesday to Friday with strong overtime potential, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

As a CDL driver with Breakthru Beverage Group, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of products from the distribution center to customer locations. You will conduct thorough inspections of your vehicle before and after each use to maintain operational safety standards. Your role involves handling deliveries carefully, utilizing equipment such as dollies or hand trucks to manually unload products. Customer interaction is a vital part of this job, requiring a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills to address client questions or concerns effectively.

Additionally, this position may require collecting payments, reconciling delivery invoices, and managing returns of empty containers or unsold merchandise. Physical stamina is essential, as the job involves frequent lifting of cases weighing 45-65 pounds and occasionally up to 160 pounds, as well as regular climbing, bending, and reaching. Attention to detail, sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to multitask efficiently are critical competencies needed to succeed in this role.

Breakthru Beverage Group values accountability and ensures that their employees meet clearly defined targets, with a work review process in place to support continuous performance improvement. This CDL Driver position offers a rewarding career path within a company that respects and supports its workforce, provides opportunities for growth, and fosters an inclusive workplace where associates can make a meaningful impact every day.
