This role is for a CDL Driver based out of Henderson, Colorado, offering competitive pay at $32.25 per hour plus overtime. The position presents an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking work-life balance since it provides weekends off and the ability to be home daily with local routes. This job emphasizes safety and regulatory compliance, requiring successful candidates to have valid commercial driver's licenses and meet DOT physical and driving standards. The work schedule is primarily first shift from Monday to Friday, running 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with responsibilities that include handling local truckload deliveries, performing drop and hook operations, and driving automatic 53-foot dry vans.

The CDL Driver will deliver and pick up trailers within a 150-mile radius, typically completing about three routes per shift during 10-12 hour working days. Drivers are expected to maintain high safety standards, operate company vehicles carefully, and comply with all DOT regulations. The role demands flexibility in working conditions which may include exposure to extreme weather and physical requirements like bending, stooping, and extended periods sitting in vehicles. Personal Protective Equipment, including eye and ear protection as well as safety shoes, is mandatory to ensure workplace safety.
