This role is for a Class B Truck Driver at MSI, an entry-level, full-time, hourly non-exempt position with an hourly pay ranging from $23.75 to $26.75. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and overtime is compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. Annual earnings generally range between $59,300 and $76,700, potentially more depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

As a Class B Truck Driver, you will be integral to MSI’s logistics operations, responsible for delivering countertop and flooring materials safely and efficiently to various locations. Your role involves making multiple stops per day while ensuring you are home daily, providing a balance of consistent work hours and personal time. This position requires adherence to transportation and safety regulations, proper cargo handling, securement, and delivery accuracy. You will assist with loading and unloading, use equipment such as blocks, ties, straps, chains, and binders to secure cargo effectively, and maintain constant alertness while driving. Strong communication skills, patience on the road, customer service focus, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for success in this position.

Physical demands include the capability to exert significant push/pull force, lift and carry heavy items, climb multi-rung ladders, and maintain safety-sensitive standards throughout the duties performed.
