The Class B Truck Driver position at MSI is a full-time role specifically designed for entry-level drivers who are passionate about safety, reliability, and excellent customer service. This role involves the delivery of countertop and flooring materials to various customer locations with multiple stops daily, ensuring that drivers return home each day. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one Saturday per month from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The hourly wage ranges from $23.75 to $26.75 with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. Newly hired drivers can expect annual earnings between $59,300 and $76,700 or more, depending on experience and overtime hours.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering merchandise safely and efficiently, assisting in loading and unloading cargo, and securing loads with professional expertise in the use of straps, chains, ties, and binders. A key element of this job is maintaining constant awareness while driving and interacting courteously with fellow road users. Strong communication skills are essential as is the ability to adapt to changing conditions and prioritize customer satisfaction.
