Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to lift and handle freight weighing 40-60 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Clean driving record
- Customer delivery experience preferred
- Experience operating hand carts or hand trucks preferred
- Food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated consistency in work history
Job Duties
- Operate tractor-trailer to deliver foodservice products to customer locations on assigned routes
- Manually load and unload products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- Communicate effectively with customers to build positive relationships and understand their operational needs
- Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance during delivery operations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support team efforts by adhering to scheduled route times and company protocols
