The role of Class A Truck Driver at MSI is a critical position responsible for the safe, efficient delivery of countertop and flooring materials to a variety of customer locations. This full-time, entry-level role operates Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with two Saturdays per month from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Employees holding this position receive an hourly wage ranging from $25.75 to $28.75, augmented by overtime compensation at a rate of 1.5 times the base pay. This reflects an annual earning potential starting from $64,300 up to $82,400 or higher, dependent on experience, overtime, and bonuses.

As a Class A Truck Driver, you will be tasked with making multiple stops daily while returning home each day, ensuring punctual and secure delivery of all products. You will be expected to assist with loading, unloading, and proper cargo securing — using blocks, ties, straps, chains, and binders. Maintaining alertness and safe operation of the vehicle at all times is essential, along with polite interaction with other road users. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, alongside the ability to adapt to changing conditions and prioritize customer satisfaction throughout service delivery. The role requires a motivated self-starter who can work independently with a customer-focused mindset. Furthermore, this position demands adherence to all transportation regulatory compliance standards and physical readiness to meet various job-related demands, including lifting, climbing, and working at elevated or lowered heights safely.
