Job Description

Our company is a reputable local trucking firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, committed to offering reliable and efficient transportation solutions. With a focus on providing excellent service within the local area, we operate a modern fleet of 100% Peterbilt day cab trucks, ensuring both our drivers and clients experience top-tier equipment and dependable operations. The company culture emphasizes safety, consistency, and employee satisfaction, offering a stable and rewarding work environment. Our truck driving positions are full-time and designed to support work-life balance by providing schedules that keep drivers home daily, primarily Monday through Friday or other consistent five-day workweeks. This employment opportunity is perfect for drivers who prioritize family time and prefer not to be on the road for extended periods away from home.

The role we are hiring for is a local truck driving position requiring candidates to have a Class A CDL with at least 18 months of verifiable experience. Drivers will be responsible for transporting freight within the Nashville area and its surroundings, focusing on no-touch freight assignments that reduce handling and increase safety. The position offers a competitive weekly pay average ranging from $1,300 to $1,600, paid hourly and mileage weekly, giving drivers a financially rewarding package. Besides the appealing pay, employees benefit from a consistent, predictable schedule that allows them to be home every day, significantly contributing to a healthy work-life balance.

Additionally, our company goes beyond standard benefits by offering an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), enabling drivers to share in the company's success and secure their financial future. This unique benefit allows employees to own part of the business, encouraging long-term commitment and allowing them to reap the profits the longer they stay. The compensation package is complemented by nine paid holidays, paid vacation days, and comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance. A 401(k) plan with matching contributions and profit sharing is also available, supporting employees' retirement savings.

We maintain a safe and secure workplace environment, underscoring the importance of responsible driving behavior. Applicants must have a clean driving record without serious traffic violations in the last five years and no DUIs or DWIs within the last ten years. This ensures our commitment to safety for all employees and the public we serve. Our hiring is open for all shifts to accommodate different preferences, and the work location is based at 700 Visco Dr, Nashville, TN 37210. Prospective drivers residing within 50 miles of Nashville are encouraged to apply and join a growing, employee-focused company that values its people and offers unmatched benefits and stability.
