Focusing on safety and efficiency, the company offers a unique employee ownership plan, allowing drivers to become part-owners and benefit directly from the company's success. This opportunity is particularly attractive to individuals seeking a dependable, home-daily schedule with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. The work location is based at 700 Visco Drive, Nashville, TN 37210, easily accessible for residents within a 50-mile radius of Nashville.

This role is a full-time local truck driving position requiring a Class A CDL with a minimum of 18 months verifiable experience. Drivers will work Monday through Friday or another consistent five-day schedule, with the significant advantage of being home every day. The position offers a weekly pay average between $1,300 and $1,600, combining hourly wages and mileage compensation, which reflects the company's dedication to rewarding hard-working employees fairly. Drivers are engaged in 100% no-touch freight hauling, making the job less physically demanding and more focused on driving skills and safe operation.

The company prides itself on providing a supportive work environment where drivers enjoy a secure workplace, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits packages. Benefits include nine paid holidays plus paid vacation, full health benefits (including dental, vision, life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance), and a 401(k) plan with matching and profit sharing opportunities. The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a key feature, allowing drivers to build equity in the company over time, aligning employee and company goals and contributing to a long-term financial future. The employer is hiring for all shifts, ensuring flexibility and opportunities for various scheduling preferences.

This role is ideal for experienced CDL A drivers seeking local routes that enable them to maintain a healthy work-life balance by returning home daily.
