Ryder is currently seeking qualified Local CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, offering both AM and PM shift opportunities with competitive pay and excellent benefits. This role is perfect for professional drivers who want the convenience of getting home daily while driving on local routes within manageable distances. With a generous $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,000 loyalty bonus, this position rewards commitment and performance. The PM shift offers an average weekly pay of $1,595, with hourly wages set at $29.00 for 50+ hours per week. Drivers operate day cab tractors coupled with 48- and 53-foot flatbed trailers, transporting touch freight consisting primarily of steel and metal products from Oshkosh, WI to Bolingbrook, IL. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekend work, starting at 5:00 PM. Loyalty bonuses of $1,000 are paid at 6 months and 1 year, and sign-on bonuses of $1,000 are awarded at 30 and 90 days respectively.

The AM shift provides a weekly average of $1,500, based on a 40-hour minimum weekly guarantee and additional mileage and stop pay. This shift covers local deliveries to Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, with a focus on load securement including strapping all loads and tarping during inclement weather. Drivers use similar equipment as the PM shift with a 6:00 AM start time from Monday to Friday. Like the PM shift, it offers a comprehensive bonus program and the opportunity to get home daily.
