Job Description

KAG Energy, a division of Kenan Advantage Group, is a leader in the energy logistics industry, known for its commitment to safety, reliability, and exceptional service. As a division within one of the fastest-growing energy logistics companies in North America, KAG Energy prides itself on delivering superior transportation and distribution services for various energy products. With a strong emphasis on supporting its workforce, KAG Energy provides drivers with quality equipment, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and operational excellence.

Currently, KAG Energy is seeking Local CDL-A Truck Drivers to join their dynamic team. This role offers drivers the opportunity to work in a home-daily environment while engaging in meaningful and rewarding work that impacts the energy sector directly. Drivers at KAG Energy benefit from comprehensive training on product handling and are encouraged to maintain safety through incentive programs that reward safe driving behavior. The company understands the demanding nature of the trucking profession and therefore provides premium weekend pay and overtime pay after 40 hours per week to ensure that employees are fairly compensated for their dedication and hard work.

This role demands highly skilled truck drivers who hold a CDL-A license and have recent, verifiable experience hauling tractor-trailers. Due to the nature of the commodities transported, tank and Hazmat endorsements are required, as well as the TWIC card, a mandatory security clearance that authorizes the driver to operate in secure port areas. Drivers also enjoy a robust benefits package that includes health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision care to support overall well-being. Additionally, the 401(k) retirement plan with a company match provides a secure financial future for employees.

Competitive compensation is a hallmark of the KAG Energy driving opportunities, with typical earnings ranging from $95,000 to $115,000 annually and weekly wages averaging between $1,790 and $1,960. These figures reflect the company’s commitment to attracting top talent by offering rewarding salary structures. Moreover, KAG Energy supports professional growth through paid training and a referral program that enables drivers to earn additional income by bringing qualified individuals into the company.

Drivers will have the chance to operate some of the best equipment in the industry, backed by supportive terminal managers dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere. Whether you are an experienced driver or an owner-operator interested in partnering with a reputable company, KAG Energy has pathways to career advancement and success. If you meet the qualifications and are looking for a role that offers both stability and opportunity, this local truck driver position is an excellent fit.

Join KAG Energy today to build a rewarding career with a trusted company in energy logistics, where your skills and safety are a priority, and your financial and personal growth are supported every mile of the way.
