As a prominent player in the retail industry, BJ's Wholesale Club operates over 229 clubs and 7 distribution centers, supported by a dedicated team of more than 32,000 employees including its home office personnel. The company is committed to delivering excellent value and convenience to its members, helping families save on everyday necessities. With a focus on creating a collaborative and team-oriented workplace, BJ's Wholesale Club encourages professional growth and development among its employees, fostering an environment where team members can thrive and excel in their careers.

Currently, BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking highly motivated Class A Drivers for its logistics division. This role is essential to ensuring efficient and reliable transportation of goods, supporting the company's ongoing mission to deliver exceptional service to its members. The position offers local routes with no touch freight, meaning drivers are not required to load or unload goods themselves, which enhances safety and efficiency. Drivers will benefit from a minimum 40-hour workweek with scheduled hours, offering stability and consistent pay.

The role also includes a highly competitive pay rate of $30.00 per hour, with additional overtime pay after 40 hours worked each week. BJ's Wholesale Club supports its drivers with an impressive benefits package that includes healthcare plans through UnitedHealthcare encompassing medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid orientation and training, paid time for all hours worked, as well as paid vacation, personal, and sick time. Furthermore, retirement benefits such as a 401(k) plan and an employee stock purchase program are available, demonstrating the company's commitment to long-term employee well-being. New hires will receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, split into two payments with $2,500 paid after six months and another $2,500 after the one-year anniversary.

In addition to competitive compensation and benefits, BJ's logistics team members enjoy several incentives that make this a rewarding career choice. These include access to new state-of-the-art equipment, company-provided uniforms, paid DOT physicals and renewals, and the advantage of easy, local routes that enable quality time at home during weekends. The position requires applicants to be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of one year of verifiable Class A driving experience. BJ's Wholesale Club values safety, reliability, and professionalism in their drivers, and offers a supportive environment where employees can grow their careers while enjoying competitive compensation and extensive benefits.

If you want to join a reputable company that values teamwork, safety, and employee satisfaction, consider applying for the Class A Driver position at BJ's Wholesale Club. You will be part of a nationwide network that works to make life better for millions of families, while receiving excellent pay, benefits, and work-life balance.
