This role primarily involves local delivery routes, offering no-touch freight assignments which means minimal to no manual handling of goods, making it an attractive opportunity for drivers looking for less physically demanding routes. The employment type is full-time with a strong emphasis on work-life balance, including scheduled minimum hours and weekend time off. The pay rate is a competitive $30.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime pay after 40 hours each week, ensuring excellent earning potential. A significant sign-on bonus totaling $5,000 is offered to qualified candidates, with $2,500 paid after 6 months and another $2,500 at the one-year anniversary.
