The company's culture emphasizes teamwork, safety, and operational excellence, enabling successful delivery of materials to job sites while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders, and suppliers.
The CDL Driver role at SRS Distribution is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of building materials to various job sites within a 200-mile radius from the Riviera Beach location. This role demands a high level of professionalism, physical endurance, and a commitment to safety protocols and quality service standards. Compliance with DOT and OSHA safety regulations is critical, supported by a mandatory valid Commercial Driver's License with air brakes endorsement, background checks, drug screening, and FMCSA Clearinghouse registration. SRS Distribution also values continuous professional development; therefore, drivers are encouraged to maintain current certifications such as DOT medical certificates and forklift operation credentials. This position offers competitive weekly or bi-weekly pay, discretionary bonuses, and an extensive range of employee benefits including a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, stock purchase programs, paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, and wellness initiatives. With a strong focus on employee well-being, safety programs, and an inclusive culture, SRS Distribution is an excellent choice for professional drivers seeking a stable and rewarding career in the building products industry.
