As a leader in the food service distribution market, the company has built its reputation on consistent reliability and outstanding customer service, supporting local restaurants and businesses through timely deliveries and a well-stocked inventory that meets diverse culinary needs. The company values its employees highly and seeks to foster a work culture centered on growth, safety, and employee satisfaction.
Currently, Greco & Sons is looking for qualified local CDL-A Delivery Drivers to join their team in Wisconsin. This full-time position offers an attractive annual earning potential up to $105,000, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.25 to $26.25 along with incentives and overtime pay, depending on location. One of the significant perks of this role is the guarantee that drivers get to return home every night, promoting a healthy work-life balance. This role is perfect for motivated professionals who value stability, opportunity for career advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The Delivery Driver role involves transporting a variety of food and beverage products to restaurants and other food service venues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and punctually while maintaining the quality standards of the products carried. Greco & Sons places a strong emphasis on safety, training, and professional development, providing ongoing skills enhancement and leadership training to help employees progress within the company. Career growth opportunities are robust, as the company strongly promotes from within, encouraging employees to build long-term careers rather than just temporary positions.
In addition to a competitive salary, employees enjoy paid vacation and holidays, comprehensive healthcare and retirement benefits, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and participation in robust safety programs alongside service recognitions and rewards. The company also supports cross-training to expand skills and experiences within multiple facets of the delivery operation. This role requires physical capabilities given the nature of the product handling, including lifting freight up to 100 pounds repeatedly. Flexibility regarding work hours is essential as the position may require overtime, weekends, or holiday work according to business needs.
Greco & Sons is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer, valuing diversity and inclusion within its workforce. They encourage qualified applicants from all backgrounds to apply, regardless of race, gender, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or other protected characteristics. This commitment ensures an equitable recruitment process and a supportive working environment for all employees. Overall, this opportunity is ideal for experienced CDL-A drivers in Wisconsin looking to join a stable and respected company with a long-standing presence in the specialty food distribution industry.
