The company prides itself on its commitment to providing top-tier service and maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence in the transportation of hazardous and flammable materials. PTC's team culture fosters growth, reliability, and a strong sense of community among its employees, making it a preferred employer for professional drivers seeking long-term career opportunities in this demanding industry.
PTC is currently expanding its team and is actively looking to hire experienced tanker drivers who hold both Tanker and Hazmat endorsements. The company offers competitive pay packages with an average weekly gross income ranging from $1,300 to $1,800, reflecting its commitment to rewarding skilled drivers for their hard work and dedication. One of the unique advantages of working with PTC is the local nature of the routes, which ensures that drivers are home every day, allowing for a better work-life balance compared to long-haul positions.
This position is ideal for professional CDL-A drivers who meet the qualifications and prefer local routes involving petroleum tanker hauling. Drivers are expected to transport petroleum products safely and efficiently while adhering to all regulatory and company safety protocols. As safety is a paramount concern, drivers will receive ongoing training and support to maintain the highest safety standards. The role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a professional attitude toward the handling of hazardous materials.
PTC offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of its drivers and their families. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, along with a 401K plan featuring a 50% employer match, which underscores the company's commitment to its employees' long-term financial security. Additionally, drivers receive a uniform allowance and can participate in a referral program, both of which enhance the overall compensation package.
The company provides paid weekly wages and paid holidays, contributing to a stable and reliable income stream for its employees. PTC is proud to be recognized as a first-choice employer for drivers who value safety, job security, and professional growth in the petroleum transportation domain. The company seeks only the best drivers with a proven track record of safety and quality performance, ensuring a strong, respectful, and experienced workforce.
