Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- touch freight experience preferred with ability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40 to 100 pounds
- flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- customer delivery experience preferred
- hand cart or hand truck experience preferred
- food and beverage industry experience preferred
- consistent work history of at least 2 years
Job Duties
- safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned local delivery routes
- manually unload and deliver foodservice products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods
- build positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions
- meet customer needs and expectations by becoming familiar with their operations
- adhere to safety guidelines and company policies during deliveries
- maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- complete required documentation and logs accurately
