The Airgas Local CDL A Driver position based in North Hollywood, CA, is a critical role responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of compressed gas cylinders to local and regional business customers. Operating from the Vanowen retail shop, drivers utilize company-provided tractor trailers, straight trucks, or box trucks to ensure timely and secure deliveries. The role involves loading, unloading, and returning compressed gas cylinders and supplies, often requiring physical activity such as strapping and unstrapping cylinders and handling deliveries at customer sites using a hand cart. This delivery driver position offers a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional weekends, and provides the significant benefit of being home every night. Compensation starts at $30 per hour, with the possibility of earning monthly bonuses depending on experience, and includes a $1,000 referral bonus for new hires.
