Job Requirements
- 21 or older
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Valid Interstate Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Capable of lifting and moving freight weighing 40-60 pounds on average, up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- Valid Interstate Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Customer delivery experience preferred
- Experience handling hand carts or hand trucks preferred
- Food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Consistent work history over the past two years
Job Duties
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely on assigned local routes
- Manually unload and deliver various foodservice products to customer locations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies during delivery operations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issues
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records
- Adapt to route schedule changes and comply with overtime, weekend, and holiday work as required
