This particular role is for a Local CDL A Delivery Driver position based in Columbus, Ohio. The opportunity is under a temp-to-hire assignment, which offers stability and a chance for long-term employment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4:30 pm, averaging 45 to 50 hours per week. The compensation is set at $27 per hour, with estimated weekly pay ranging between $1,250 and $1,350. The driver must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, perform physical tasks such as throwing straps over 10-foot flatbed items, and operate a sit-down forklift within the yard for loading purposes. This role is suited for candidates with at least one year of recent, relevant driving experience, a clean driving record, and the physical ability to meet the job's demands.
