The role of a Local CDL A Delivery Driver at CrossCountry Freight Solutions is designed for experienced Class A commercial drivers who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and upholding rigorous safety standards. This full-time, non-exempt position involves operating company motor vehicles to transport freight between designated locations within specified schedules, mainly working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The driver will perform various responsibilities including pre-trip and post-trip inspections, safe loading, and unloading of goods either manually or via mechanical assistance, documentation handling in compliance with federal and company regulations, and interaction with customers to ensure high service quality. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $29.52 and does not involve direct reports.
