Being a local route, this position allows drivers to return home daily while sustaining a reliable income.
The company requires candidates to possess at least six months of recent, relevant, and verifiable box truck driving experience. A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B or a non-CDL license is essential, accompanied by a valid Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card to ensure fitness for duty as per federal regulations. Applicants must also have a clean motor vehicle record, free from major traffic violations or avoidable accidents in the past three years. Adherence to all DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements is mandatory.
Candidates joining TransForce can expect several benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a referral program that rewards employees for bringing in new talent.
