Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of recent experience in high-end reception, concierge, hospitality, or client-facing services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work across different campus locations
  • Willingness to maintain schedule flexibility including early mornings or late evenings
  • Ability to be onsite five days a week, no hybrid option
  • Commitment to following security and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of recent experience in high-end reception, concierge, hospitality, or client-facing services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, welcoming presence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and manage varied personalities while remaining professional and composed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work across different locations throughout the campus as needed
  • Familiarity with event, room, and/or visitor management systems preferred
  • Bilingual skills, Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome, register, and check in clients and visitors arriving for meetings and events within the JPMA office lobby/reception area
  • Provide concierge-level support by answering questions, giving directions, and sharing relevant office information
  • Support employees as needed, facilitating temporary access/badges when building access support is required
  • Follow all building and security procedures to maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment
  • Proactively escalate issues using a 'see something, say something' approach
  • Deliver first-class service by consistently exceeding lobby reception standards and anticipating needs
  • Prepare for daily activity by reviewing scheduled meetings and events using event and visitor management systems
  • Collaborate with partner teams from various JPMA partners across regions and headquarters to enhance the overall in-office and visitor experience
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks and service-improvement projects that raise team standards and support operational excellence
  • Maintain schedule flexibility, including early mornings or late evenings as business needs require
