Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of recent experience in high-end reception, concierge, hospitality, or client-facing services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to work across different campus locations
- Willingness to maintain schedule flexibility including early mornings or late evenings
- Ability to be onsite five days a week, no hybrid option
- Commitment to following security and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of recent experience in high-end reception, concierge, hospitality, or client-facing services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, welcoming presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and manage varied personalities while remaining professional and composed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to work across different locations throughout the campus as needed
- Familiarity with event, room, and/or visitor management systems preferred
- Bilingual skills, Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome, register, and check in clients and visitors arriving for meetings and events within the JPMA office lobby/reception area
- Provide concierge-level support by answering questions, giving directions, and sharing relevant office information
- Support employees as needed, facilitating temporary access/badges when building access support is required
- Follow all building and security procedures to maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment
- Proactively escalate issues using a 'see something, say something' approach
- Deliver first-class service by consistently exceeding lobby reception standards and anticipating needs
- Prepare for daily activity by reviewing scheduled meetings and events using event and visitor management systems
- Collaborate with partner teams from various JPMA partners across regions and headquarters to enhance the overall in-office and visitor experience
- Complete miscellaneous tasks and service-improvement projects that raise team standards and support operational excellence
- Maintain schedule flexibility, including early mornings or late evenings as business needs require
