Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two to three years of client service or receptionist experience within hospitality or corporate environment
  • ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • basic computer proficiency including use of office equipment
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
  • commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate, with some college preferred
  • two to three years experience in client service or reception position within hospitality or corporate environments
  • excellent listening and oral communication skills
  • basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment
  • punctual, dependable, and dedicated to operational excellence
  • discreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
  • able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

Job Duties

  • Properly greet and handle visitors with a smile and maintain eye contact through the entire interaction
  • answer telephones in a friendly, professional manner, take accurate messages, transfer calls, and appropriately handle or refer questions and requests
  • implement established security policies and procedures regarding arriving and departing visitors, contractors, and delivery persons
  • manage activity in the internal visitor processing system
  • register all guest activity and liaise with other centers on visitor processing
  • act as an overall hospitality services resource by providing way-finding, amenities, transportation, and organizational information
  • handle car service requests for visitors and staff members
  • communicate requests to building maintenance, IT, audio-visual technology, and mail room departments
  • assist with coverage in other locations as needed and adhere to flexible schedules
  • prepare and submit daily reports to appropriate recipients
