This franchisee holds the license to use the McDonald's brand logos, food products, and related materials to run their restaurant operations. However, it is important to note that the franchisee operates as a separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA, and all employment matters such as hiring, firing, staff scheduling, and discipline are exclusively managed by the franchisee. McDonald's USA is not involved in these decisions and will not receive or handle any employment applications submitted for this position.

The role available is for a Lobby Person at this McDonald's franchise restaurant. This role plays a critical part in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and the overall positive customer experience within the lobby and restroom areas, as well as contributing to the upkeep of the restaurant’s interior and exterior environment. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms hourly and keeping stocked with supplies
  • cleaning and sanitizing lobby area tables, chairs, condiment stands, and all other furniture including trash cans
  • cleaning and deck brushing floors and baseboards weekly
  • maintaining cleanliness of windows and ledges hourly
  • cleaning and sanitizing all drink and condiment areas including under cabinets and floor areas
  • taking trash to corral as needed and cleaning inside and outside trash cans on a regular schedule
  • picking up parking lot before and after each rush period
  • stocking and cleaning area for each shift according to needs
  • greeting guests and refilling drinks daily
  • completing voice surveys weekly
  • maintaining outside grounds
  • cleaning equipment, windows, trash cans, stock rooms and restrooms
  • cleaning and sanitizing drink nozzles twice a week
  • taking out and emptying trash compactor
  • changing light bulbs
  • cleaning parking lot and surrounding area of debris
