The position primarily involves completing opening and closing duties, ensuring the work areas—including bar units and tables—are properly stocked, clean, and maintained according to company standards. Key responsibilities include checking supplies including ice and glassware, maintaining cleanliness, setting up tools and workstations, and following all safety and security policies. This role requires ongoing communication with supervisors and captains to ensure shift duties are fully completed before leaving.

Job Requirements

  • No prior related work experience required
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for entire shifts
  • Must maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others

  • Ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy

Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
  • Clean all equipment and work areas
  • Lock doors and secure premises at the end of shifts
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests following company standards
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, tables, and other work tools
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
