Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No prior related work experience required
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for entire shifts
- Must maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others
- Must adhere to all company policies and safety requirements
- Ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in personal appearance and confidentiality
- Capability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to safely lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a team environment and support team goals
Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and work areas
- Lock doors and secure premises at the end of shifts
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge guests following company standards
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, tables, and other work tools
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
