This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated restaurant franchisee authorized to use the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. It is important to note that the franchisee operates as a completely separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds full responsibility for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees. McDonald’s USA has no control or involvement over employment decisions pertaining to the restaurant or its employees. If hired, you would be employed and managed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.
