The role of Lobby Experience Supervisor at KPMG Lakehouse is crucial in maintaining the high standards of guest service and operational excellence for which the property is known. Supervisors in this position are expected to demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with both staff and guests. Reporting to senior leadership, the Lobby Experience Supervisor supports basic management responsibilities that include coaching team members, providing direction, scheduling, training, managing payroll, and participating in the interview process. This position requires a proactive and adaptable approach to ensure smooth lobby operations and a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.

Central to the responsibilities of this role is leading the host team, who are the first point of contact responsible for participant registration and communicating facility services. This highly visible role is dynamic and interactive, allowing supervisors to engage in casual conversations and directly influence the overall guest experience positively. Additional tasks might include processing various forms of payment and promptly responding to guest inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns efficiently.
