Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and payment processing accurately
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing social personality with a passion for hospitality and guest service
- Sharp attention to detail especially in cocktail presentation and guest satisfaction
- Positive can-do attitude and team-player mindset
- Previous bartending experience preferred hotel restaurant or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus
- Knowledge of drink recipes mixology techniques and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver high-quality bar service to guests building personal connections through friendly conversation and drink recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar station and complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the cocktail menu beer and wine selections ingredients preparation methods and garnishes
- Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations
- Accurately process all payment methods including cash card and digital and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
- Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe positive work environment
- Card guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
