The resort boasts 19 dining outlets and 20 bars and lounges, providing various culinary delights and vibrant nightlife. The expansive gaming floor hosts 3,100 slots, 195 table games, and a 45-table poker room. For business and events, there is 120,000 square feet of meeting and convention space including a large carpeted exhibition hall, and retail shopping is available along a 26,000 square-foot promenade. In this role as a Bar Attendant, reporting to the Assistant Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of service within the bar areas of this world-class resort. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that bar supplies and equipment are sufficiently stocked and well organized, creating a welcoming, clean, and hygienic environment for guests. You will help set up the bar efficiently for service periods and support the bartenders and beverage management in delivering exemplary customer service.

This role demands vigilance in managing supplies such as glassware, napkins, straws, ice, and garnishes to prevent disruption in service. You will assist in fostering positive relations with guests and team members alike, representing Seminole Hard Rock’s commitment to superior service and professionalism.

The casino environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and often crowded, requiring you to maintain composure and efficiency amidst the energetic atmosphere. A willingness to wear assigned uniforms or special event costumes and to exhibit poise and flair consistent with modeling and promotional roles is essential. The position involves moderate physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, and moving items up to 50 pounds, and requires clear communication skills in English.

This position opens the door for candidates passionate about hospitality and entertainment, offering an engaging work environment within one of Florida’s premier entertainment destinations. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and the opportunity for annual bonuses among other perks. Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood encourages Native American applicants, particularly members of the Seminole Tribe, in line with its employment preferences.
