We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. We are currently seeking a responsible and professional individual to join our team as a Lobby Manager. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the lobby area of our facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative and customer-facing tasks, providing outstanding service, and maintaining an organized, clean, and positive atmosphere. This is a part-time opportunity with a schedule of Friday and Saturday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking on multiple responsibilities.

The Lobby Manager will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, and will therefore play a critical role in upholding the quality and professionalism of the facility. The role requires outstanding communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to excellence. Key duties include greeting visitors with courtesy, managing mail deliveries accurately, coordinating maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution, and overseeing compliance with building rules among all guests. In addition to maintaining a clean and organized lobby environment, the successful candidate must also be proficient in communicating effectively through various channels such as text messages, emails, and phone calls.
