The role of a Lobby Attendant at Hilton is a vital one focused on maintaining the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the hotel's public spaces. As a Lobby Attendant, you will be integral in creating first impressions that enhance the guest experience by making the environment welcoming and spotless. This position goes beyond routine cleaning; it involves delivering excellent customer service by engaging warmly with guests, addressing their questions, and promptly resolving service requests. A Lobby Attendant supports housekeeping operations and participates in special projects to ensure all public areas and guest rooms meet Hilton’s high standards.

Responsibilities include performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash across various hotel areas including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces. Additionally, the Lobby Attendant takes on periodic deep cleaning assignments and assists in guest room cleaning when necessary. This role requires a dedication to hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to uphold Hilton’s renowned guest service standards.

Job Requirements
