The role of a Lobby Attendant at Hilton is a vital one focused on maintaining the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the hotel's public spaces. As a Lobby Attendant, you will be integral in creating first impressions that enhance the guest experience by making the environment welcoming and spotless. Responsibilities include performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash across various hotel areas including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces. Additionally, the Lobby Attendant takes on periodic deep cleaning assignments and assists in guest room cleaning when necessary.
