This particular opportunity is for a full-time, non-management Housekeeping and Laundry position at the Gaylord Texan Resort. The role entails maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within public and employee restrooms, as well as other designated areas throughout the resort. Individuals in this position will be responsible for cleaning glass surfaces, floors, and dusting furniture, all while using appropriate chemicals, supplies, and equipment. As a member of the housekeeping team, you will also be expected to empty trash containers and ash receptacles, inspect furniture for damage and cleanliness, maintain lighting fixtures, and post cautionary signs to ensure guest and employee safety.

The role demands a proactive approach to maintenance issues, requiring prompt communication with other departments for urgent repairs and responding quickly to requests from both guests and staff.
