The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, fostering genuine connections with guests and fellow associates. In addition to operational responsibilities like adhering to the PHM Employee Handbook policies, brand standards, and emergency guidelines, the Lobby Ambassador/Bell person actively promotes hotel services and facilities to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

This role demands physical endurance, including prolonged standing or walking for eight or more hours and the ability to lift and maneuver luggage or equipment while maintaining composure and a professional demeanor. The position requires multitasking ability, adaptability to a dynamic hospitality environment, and a commitment to confidentiality regarding sensitive guest information.

Joining Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel as a Lobby Ambassador/Bell person means becoming part of a motivated team dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality experiences. This position is especially suited for individuals passionate about guest satisfaction, eager to engage with a diverse clientele, and interested in contributing creative ideas to elevate service quality.
