The role of a Lobby Ambassador at Hyatt is a vital position responsible for shaping guests’ first impressions upon entering the hotel. This seasonal position requires standing and walking for most of the shift, which may include early morning, afternoon, weekend, or holiday schedules, with shift times generally between 7 AM and 12 PM. The hourly wage for this role is competitive at $18.50 per hour, and the seasonal term extends through September 5th, 2026. Adherence to Forbes standards for service excellence is mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, exhibit a professional appearance, and demonstrate the ability to remain calm and courteous in a bustling environment.
