Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in customer service
- One year of face-to-face customer service experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- Current California driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a customer service role with at least one year providing face-to-face customer service
- Strong communication and prioritization skills
- CPR/BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Current CA driver’s license
Job Duties
- Meet and greet patients and assist with general information and directional assistance
- Communicate with other staff and drivers frequently
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability to help others at all times
- Practice preventative safety procedures
- Provide transportation services using electric vehicle or wheelchair
- Act as liaison between valet parking and patient registration or hospital destination
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during transportation
