Job Requirements

  • Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • ability to safely operate automatic vehicles (manual transmission preferred but not required)
  • driving duties are assigned based on role level and operational needs

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival using courteous verbal communication and appropriate customer service standards
  • offer a complimentary bottle of water when available
  • access the X-Time system to locate and verify the guest's loaner agreement and appointment information
  • verify relevant vehicle information including identification stickers and agreement details in accordance with dealership procedures
  • conduct a walk-around inspection of the vehicle documenting visible condition, fuel level, mileage, and any existing or observed damage using required photos and system notes
  • place the service tag inside the vehicle and attach the vehicle key tag according to established procedures
  • review guest information in the system and present the agreement or documentation to the guest for acknowledgment consistent with dealership policy
  • if updates are required, review applicable information with the guest prior to making changes in the system
  • secure the vehicle key in the designated location and courteously direct the guest to the Guest Services area for further assistance as needed
