Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience as House/Operations Manager or comparable role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of venue operations and facility management
- Experience with police and public officials
- Ability to manage multiple departments and large staff
- Understanding of labor union contracts and management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Workday or similar timekeeping systems preferred

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience using Workday or timekeeping systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises all part-time staff and supervisors including Department Managers, Receptionists, Security, Guest Experience, and Ushers/Ticket Takers
- Oversees new hire recruitment and onboarding using Workday and manages employee data
- Actively manages all aspects of special events and VIP shows
- Develops and oversees overhead expense budget for house departments and creates Flash reports for each show
- Assists in preparation of the annual operations budget in coordination with the general manager
- Manages all cash handling procedures including safe management, daily reconciliations, and policy adherence
- Maintains records of incident reports and workers comp claims, investigates pending cases and attends arbitration hearings
- Ensures departments are adequately staffed for every event according to budgets and event types
- Monitors and processes weekly payroll accurately for timely submission
- Oversees issuing of venue credentials, business cards, invoices, and related documentation
- Ensures proper record keeping of Pre-Event Inspection Reports, incident reports, and liability claims
- Assists in yearly permitting process for the venue
- Manages ordering, fulfillment, and delivery of venue gear and uniforms
- Works with management and personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable facility including service culture training and guest resolution
- Ensures optimum operating condition of all amphitheater equipment
- Implements all Live Nation policies, procedures, and programs
- Recommends advancements in crowd and traffic control technology
- Develops and implements recruiting programs for seasonal event staff
- Maintains relationships with local municipalities including police, fire, and rescue departments
- Coordinates and manages subcontractors and third-party vendors for safe and successful events
- Collaborates with Regional Facilities Manager on preventive maintenance and capital improvement programs
- Performs other duties as assigned
