We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen department in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in kitchen operations, encompassing budget management, staff supervision, inventory control, and maintaining high food quality standards. This position demands someone with excellent leadership capabilities who can foster a positive and creative team environment, enforce corporate policies, and ensure compliance with local health codes.

The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for managing food, beverage, and labor costs, ensuring inventory is accurately monitored and maintained, and implementing menu engineering programs to forecast trends and manage costs effectively. The role requires active support and assistance to kitchen staff and management, ensuring open communication, organizing inter-departmental coordination, and leading staff evaluations with a focus on continuous training and development. The individual will also oversee the proper maintenance of kitchen equipment, guarantee all events are planned and executed seamlessly, and ensure all food standards and recipes are adhered to meticulously.

Working in this role involves standing for long hours, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Candidates must have relevant experience and possess certification in sanitation and food handling. A working knowledge of various computer systems, including Microsoft Office and POS systems, is essential. Job Requirements

Job Duties
