The Marketing Manager role at Live Nation’s House of Blues Vinal Room offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven marketing professional with entrepreneurial spirit. This role focuses on creating, developing, implementing, and executing strategic venue marketing plans tailored specifically to the House of Blues Vinal Room, including media buys, branding strategies, and promotional projects. The position requires oversight of the creative service request process, ensuring the production and upkeep of venue marketing collateral such as advertisements, web graphics, email campaigns, rack cards, promotional flyers, sales packages, and brochures.

Additionally, the Marketing Manager will cultivate key community relationships and strategic partnership programs to enhance the brand profile and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities also include managing guest relations, public relations, and community outreach programs. Collaborating closely with senior team leaders, the role aims to develop and communicate marketing initiatives that promote cross-selling business segment opportunities within the venue.

The role demands the implementation of national marketing initiatives, with a specialized focus on driving membership and VIP program activities for the Vinal Room through innovative programming. The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary contact for executing local and national alliance programs. The role involves managing various external resources including marketing and advertising agencies, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, alongside contract management responsibilities.

A close partnership with the promotions team and home office social media manager is crucial to grow social media communities and design programs that create value for fans and generate revenue across different brand business segments. Database marketing management will be conducted in coordination with the home office team, with a strong emphasis on managing marketing and advertising budgets efficiently and preparing financial reporting on a weekly and monthly basis for the General Manager, focusing on return on investment (ROI) across all marketing expenditures.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, resourceful, and innovative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and exhibits excellent communication and leadership skills. This role offers a unique platform to grow professionally within the world of live entertainment, contributing to an iconic brand while connecting millions of fans, artists, and sponsors globally.
