The Tour Marketing Coordinator role at Live Nation Entertainment is a critical position that supports the Tour Marketer in managing strategic marketing efforts for major tours. This position requires an individual who provides exceptional service and fosters robust relationships with both internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless coordination of various projects and campaigns that directly impact the success of tours and promotional events across the company's global network. Responsibilities include organizing campaigns, tracking budgets and advertising efforts, ensuring timely communication of key tour details, and assisting with event coordination and artist relations.

The role demands a person who is detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and passionate about live experiences. The Tour Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital and Media & Partnerships, to maintain and track advertising budgets, handle invoice processing, and prepare advertising settlement reports. The role also involves practical support such as coordinating tickets and prizing for promotional activities, maintaining updated marketing instructions and on-sale timings using defined project tools, researching audience and artist demographic information to assist in shaping effective marketing plans, and liaising regularly with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional elements of the role include support for on-site activities at shows and press events, preparation for meetings with artist representatives, and fostering open communication channels between teams to ensure project success. Proficiency in project management tools, especially experience with Asana, alongside strong Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite skills, are essential to support efficient workflow and communication.

Job Duties

  • Perform administrative and marketing support duties for the Tour Marketing team
  • Work closely with Digital and Media & Partnerships teams to maintain and track advertising budgets, process incoming invoices, and compile advertising settlement recap reports
  • Coordinate execution of tickets or applicable prizing for programs and promotions
  • Ensure key tour details, including on-sale timing and marketing instructions, are up to date in project tools
  • Research audience and artist demographic information to support marketing plans
  • Liaise with internal and external teams on tour details
  • Assist with coordination, setup, and on-site duties at shows and press events
  • Assist in meeting preparation with artist representatives
