This role is ideal for passionate, motivated, and driven individuals who possess an entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, and innovative thinking coupled with a commitment to excellence. As a Manager of Regional Marketing, you will play a pivotal role within Live Nation Entertainment’s vibrant and dynamic environment. Reporting under the guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, you will be responsible for driving marketing efforts for club and theatre shows. This position requires close collaboration with local teams, promoters, and partners to ensure the success of each event.

In this role, you will act as the key internal contact for a wide range of stakeholders, preparing and executing marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to multiple Live Nation events, primarily targeting club and theatre audiences. Your responsibilities will include managing advertising budgets across several events within the market and developing comprehensive marketing campaigns that encompass advertising, media events, public relations, and content creation.

You will be the primary local liaison for artist marketing representatives, overseeing venue and show marketing plans. Collaborating closely with the local talent buying team, you will ensure the success of events at multiple venues. Additionally, developing impactful promotions with regional media partners and compiling detailed audience and artist demographic information will be integral to shaping effective marketing strategies.

Strategic partnership development will also fall under your remit, identifying new marketing partners to amplify artist and venue exposure within the community. Precise input of show marketing information into Live Nation’s proprietary marketing tools, managing advertising settlement documents, and working with internal teams to provide post-show marketing analytics to artists will be vital facets of your role.

Furthermore, you will partner with the Venue Marketing team to maximize event awareness across social media, emails, websites, and venues. Coordinating street team and grassroots marketing efforts along with local market contacts and providing day-of-show event coverage as necessary rounds out the comprehensive nature of this position.

The role offers an expected compensation range of $72,000 to $90,000 USD, with pay based on factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Live Nation Entertainment supports flexible work schedules that may require day, evening, and weekend hours based on business needs and encourages travel as required. This position is designed to accommodate individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

Live Nation Entertainment is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that mirrors the diversity of its fans, artists, and communities served.
